FilmThreeSixtyEXPRESS - Terms and Conditions

FilmThreeSixtyEXPRESS is subject to the FilmThreeSixty Standard Terms & Conditions but the following Terms and Conditions are specific to the FilmThreeSixtyEXPRESS services and packages.

EXPRESS Pricing

EXPRESS Pricing is valid till 31st January 2024 and subject to change. Prices are subject to final requirements and locations and will be agreed upon before commencement of any FilmThreeSixty EXPRESS work. All prices advertised are exclusive of GST.

Payment Terms

50% deposit is due upon acceptance of package agreement in order for pre-production planning to commence and for crew to be secured. 50% is due upon approval of final assets in order for client to receive all final deliverables.

Additional Costs

Additional costs incurred during the job will be agreed between client and FilmThreeSixty prior to commencement. Packages are exclusive of gst, creative ideation and scription, screen or voice talent, hair & makeup, wardrobe, props, locations.

Dates and Timelines

Dates and timelines will be confirmed at time of booking. Services are subject to availability.

Crew Time

Half Day includes up to 5 hours of crew time. Full Day includes up to 10 hours of crew time. Time includes any arrival, setup and packdown time.  Travel between 2 or more locations is also included in this time.

Shoot Locations

Shoot locations must be within a 20km radius of Auckland CBD. For travel outside this zone, mileage at .92c p/km will be added to total invoice.  Please enquire for other New Zealand locations.  Additional travel arrangements may apply on prior agreement between client and FilmThreeSixty.

Audio Recording

Audio recording includes either:1 x lapel/lavalier microphone or 1 x shotgun in-camera audio recording equipment, to be operated by the videographer during filming; or1 x 60 minute recording session at the FilmThreeSixty audio suite in Auckland.  Professional voice over not included in the package price.FilmThreeSixty may recommend a specialist sound recordist if audio recording is required in a filming environment that may hinder the videographer from capturing clear audio, for example, outside traffic, wind and rain noise, crowded places and background sounds, room echo.

Royalty-Free Music Track

Royalty-free music track includes 1 x library track sourced via FilmThreeSixty’s subscription to Artlist.io  Additional or alternative music tracks are at an extra cost.

Basic Colour Correction and Retouching

Basic colour correction and retouching included will be provided at a base level to enhance the quality of the image. Specific colour grading and retouching may exceed the scope of the EXPRESS package.

Raw Images

Raw images will not contain any colour correction or retouching.

Pre-Production Planning

Pre-Production Planning time includes initial planning meeting with a FilmThreeSixty producer via phone or video call who will then organise the crew for the agreed shoot date. We may need to do subsequent phone calls or follow up emails in the planning stage.

Client Feedback

Client will be given two rounds of edit review in which they can feedback and request changes to the edit. Feedback must be consolidated by the date stipulated in the production timeline. Additional rounds of feedback may exceed the package scope.

Final file delivery will be supplied via Google Drive or client’s preferred digital server. Alternatively the client has the option to provide FilmThreeSixty with an external harddrive or request FilmThreeSixty provide one. Hard Drive and delivery costs are at the client’s expense.
